When I was working as an inspector at National Harbor, back in 2006 or so, there were a pair of eagles that had a nest on a small island next to the construction site. They were called George & Martha

Yes He (or she) sat there for about 15 minutes, then took off.

This is George & Martha, or Martha & George flying around their island. This was between National Harbor & the Woodrow Wilson bridge.
